A. Revocation Instruction

Introduction

Consumers have a right of revocation under the following conditions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or independent professional activity:

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The revocation period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last goods or hut.

To exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us (Test US (limited liability), Ellernkamp, 3, 31691 Helpsen, Germany, Tel.: 01793990072, Email: support@myonline-shop.de) with a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to revoke this contract. You may use the attached sample revocation form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

You can also find the sample revocation form or another clear statement on our website https://www.myonline-shop.de /pages /revocation-instruction fill out and submit electronically. If you take advantage of this option, we will promptly send you a confirmation of receipt of such revocation (e.g., by email).

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to send your cancellation notice before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of cancellation

If you revoke this contract, we will refund you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your notice of revocation of this contract. We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction for this refund, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged a fee for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that is not necessary for the examination of the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

General notes

1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
2) Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.
3) Please note that the aforementioned items 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of revocation.
